1. Choose from existing If the supplier name is already created in Filonac and you come across an error/different variations of the name, click on the Dropdown arrow next to the supplier name and assign the correct name. Example: Filonac keeps extracting ABC’s name as ABC Ltd / ABC Limited /ABC. All these variations cause the contact to be missing. When a new variation appears, just click on the dropdown arrow and select the correct one. This will ensure that the variation is remembered under the correct contact “ABC”.
2. Edit supplier name If you're not happy with how we remember the supplier name, just click 'edit' (the option pops up after you select a supplier name via the 'choose existing). This way you can rename the supplier that is already created in Filonac (all invoices already uploaded in Filonac with the same supplier name will be changed).
Sometimes the text of the email can include important client instructions. With Filonacthe text of the original email is just a click away. Inside the document view: Show mail Conent Or inside the Import history, when you click 'Detail':

When you invite someone to Filonac (either Admin or User), the default account role is Member. If you wish to change it, you can do so if you are the Owner or Manager within your Filonacsubscription. Here is how to do it: 1. Open the 'Account Management' tab and USERS 2. Select a specific user and change the account role. Change Role
Currently, the option of merging two documents is not available in Filonac. Solving this issue, please upload multi-page invoices as one PDF and tick the box 'do not split' when using web upload. If you email your invoice, just enter @nosplit in the subject line of the email.
